Laptops For Less External Datafeed

Attention Laptops For Less Affiliates! Our product datafeed is now available externally and at no charge!

The feed is available via HTTP protocol 24 hours a day in tab-delimited or CSV format. It is updated daily.

For access to the feed, please follow these simple steps so we can set you up as quickly and efficiently as possible:

1) Send a request for "external feed access" via your CJ Account Mail directly to Laptops For Less. All you need to write in this message is something like "Please give me access to the external feed". CJ Account Mail will allow me to quickly identify you as one of our CJ Affiliates.

2) You will receive a reply from myself through CJ Account Mail with your external feed access info and instructions within 24-48 hours. The external feed access information will include access to both the CSV and tab-delimited format (no need to specify this in your request).

I've updated the free external datafeed delivery system so that you now have the option to have the feed's destination URLs automatically converted to CJ tracked URLs for any PID you choose.

For example, let's say the PID of the site you want earning the credit for sales generated from the feed is 9999999, but you want the CJ tracking URLs automatically generated for you. All you have to do is add a "&CJPID=9999999" to the URL that you currently use to access the external feed (add this after the "TYPE=tab".

If you want another one of your sites to get the credit, then just make sure that the CJPID in the feed access URL is set to the correct PID of the site you want to give the credit to.

If you do not yet have access to the external feed, please send a request for the feed via CJ Account mail. I will be happy to set you up on the free external feed. If you have any questions or need further assistance please contact me.

It speeds up the process (by getting your message through CJ mail I see just about everything I need to see automatically - CIDs and PIDs and site URLs, etc).

Is the item titled SKU in the datafeed unique?

Hi CYN, for the most part you will find that the SKU field is populated with unique identifiers. There are only about 18 duplicate SKUs currently.
