ABestWeb™ Affiliate Marketing Forum and Affiliate Chat Rules
Registration to this forum and our Chatroom is free! We do, however, insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. The objective of our services are to provide for peer-to-peer communication on issues involving your website's earnings and continuously improving it. Your usage of our services acknowledges your agreement to our terms as well as your willingness to follow these few simple rules. The rules from time to time will be updated without prior notice and you agree to abide by such updating as applicable.
Affiliate Marketing Chat Rules Login only with your ABW username. Anyone logging in using another's username will be IP banned. Any recruiting other than by Affiliate managers for their programs will result in an IP Ban. Any Spam will result in an IP Ban. Any Identity or site revealing of any sort will result in an IP Ban. Any lewd comments or profane language will result in an IP Ban.
Content Of Post
Messages posted to this board are solely the opinion and responsibility of the person posting the message. Please be aware that all members are able to read posts on this message board, that includes children (under 18). Therefore, please, do not post any "adult" or questionable off-topic material, as it will only be removed and a ban warning will be issued. Posts containing racist, sexual- or religious-, personal-, etc offending content will be removed and may get you banned immediately - depending on severity (in our sole opinion).
Board Moderation
Board moderators' decisions (including, but not limited to: editing, moving, deleting of single posts or entire threads) are final. You will accept this. Also, you will not re-edit a message that has already been edited by a moderator or the administrator out of defiance of the original edit. Starting discussing such a decision on the board, will get you either a ban-warning or banned (in our sole discretion). If you feel that you have be treated wrongly, please contact us via this form and we will look into it and review the situation and any/all circumstances. During the review period we may disable your access to the board and/or close the appropriate thread. Any creation of new aliases on the board by an offender / suspended or banned will immediately result in full denial of review and a full IP ban.
Banning
If you are banned you will respect the decision of this board and will not sign up with a different alias as an effort to defraud the good will of this board nor its member base by doing such. If a banned member continuously attempts to harass the board and/or it's members the personal information of that banned person will be forwarded to he responsible authorities and the offender will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. There is no specific amount of ban warnings a member can receive before they are permanently banned, banning is based on the severity of the individual or sum of the multiple offenses and is solely in our discretion.
Historical Post Editing:
It is not our [moderator's] job to edit out inconvienances of the original poster, if we [ABW] rank well for your keyword or domain it is because the SE thinks it is relevant. Henceforth, such requests are subsequent to a payment schedule of $25 per edited post payable via paypal to the moderator who does the edit.
Recruiting
Any recruiting other than by Affiliate managers for their paid and listed [on ABestWeb] programs and/or any member who attempts to recruit membership for another board will result in an IP Ban.
Aliases
If you create an alias account on the board impersonating, offending or extremely similar to an existing board member's alias or other inappropriate name such account will be disabled and you will be given a ban warning or be banned (based on severity and in our sole discretion). Multiple offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Threatening Members Or Staff
Please be aware that any threats against members, as well as threats against the ABESTWEB staff (on the board, via private message, telephone, email, fax or other written or verbal method) will be forwarded to the responsible authorities and the offender will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Warez, Hackz, etc
The ABESTWEB message board is not a place to share information about where to get illegal software and other products, how to use or to trade them, as such, all posts of that kind will be deleted. The person posting will get a warning or will be permanently IP banned (based on severity and in our sole discretion).
Bigotry
Any derogatory post referencing any persons (member or non-member) race, color, creed, or sexual preference (or any allegations thereof, justified or not) will be deleted ASAP, repeat offenders will be banned.
Member Identity or URL Exposing
Any member who posts another member's url or urls to their site(s), their real name or other personal information in BAD FAITH, shall immediately be banned.
Unauthorized Advertising
Unauthorized Advertisements via Pop ups or parasitic application shall be charged at the rate of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) per occasion. The advertisers who allow their ads to be shown at our website shall be held accountable for each unauthorized advertisement. The advertisers' allowance of their ads being shown on http://www.ABestWeb.com or on any of it's forum pages indicates their acceptance of our unauthorized advertising fee clause. SPAM
Postings that are designed "only" to drive traffic to a members site, or affiliated merchant site will be removed or edited as appropriate. Independent Merchants are invited to ABestWeb, but postings of a self serving nature and recruiting or requests of program feedback or improvements are NOT allowed. If a merchant desires to advertise their site they can go to here and if they want to be considered for a Private Forum they can go to here .
Images
The posting of pictures that violate a copyright of any 3rd party, as well as the posting of images that are offending (adult material, etc) is not allowed in the boards, the profiles nor as avatars. Pictures of that kind will be immediately removed and the person posting will get either a warning or will be banned depending on the severity of the offense. Please, also, do not "over use" the image-option.
Claims of Action
Any claim of action against any one person or company are not allowed, any posts containing such will immediately either be locked, edited or removed (depending on severity). Multiple postings by a member claiming action against any company or person shall result in a ban, whether such claims are real or not.
Signatures
Signatures must not be greater than three lines of text and may not contain links to any adult or otherwise offensive websites (in our sole opinion). Images are Not allowed in signatures, nor are any affiliate link(s) or any keyword stuffing attempts. Any signatures, that violate these rules will be deleted without notice and your signature right will be removed. Signature and Private Messaging rights come after 250 posts, rights may be granted prior to such number of posts based on the Admin's sole discretion. ABESTWEB may allow merchants to have a larger signature for their full contact information, this is on a case by case basis and may be withdrawn at anytime without notice.
General Terms and Conditions
Considering the real-time nature of this message board, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this BB or any entity associated with this BB. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
