Order was placed at Bits & Pieces on Dec. 5. Was charged and shipped already and has not been credited to my account.

Order was placed on a Norton and parasite free machine.

I have a similar situation.
Shipped, tracked but not credited, for "Product Name" it says "email Signup".

Thursday 08-DEC-2005 10:56 Bits and Pieces, Inc. email Signup $0.00 1
