As An Affiliate I Hate...
...please continue!!
Please post one thing that you hate as affiliate when you look at an affiliate program or a website with an affiliate program. Only one thing (preferably fitting into one line) per post please... I'll start in post #2
To contribute an element of fun into the thread, I am willing to do the following: the affiliate that posts more meaningful one-line things merchants should stay away from will get $20.00 GB's from me personally.

A merchant website with "become an affiliate" in big letters at the top of the page. Do they want me to sell things for them or to encourage others to become affiliates and get the commission off the price?
Oh ... and automatic rejections for anyone who is outside of America.

Commission that dropped (last time you checked the program's bio it was at 15%, now - it's at 12.5%).

Company is working with Linkshare (for example) and on their affiliate program sign up page there is only one link to sign up for their program and that takes you to a page to join Linkshare. Annoying when you are already with Linkshare!

When you sign up for a program only to discover they have a total of less than 5 links to choose from that all lead to the homepage and no way to generate your own!
